ITINERARY
Day 1
04:00 PM – Check-in at the campsite with a refreshing welcome drink (Kokum Sharbat).
05:00 PM – 06:00 PM – Enjoy evening snacks (Misal Pav) while soaking in the scenic lake views.
06:00 PM – 07:00 PM – Explore the campsite, relax, or indulge in outdoor activities like cricket, volleyball, badminton, and carrom.
07:00 PM – 08:00 PM – Groove to DJ music under the open sky.
08:00 PM – 09:00 PM – Relish barbeque snacks (4 pieces of chicken or paneer per person).
09:30 PM – 11:00 PM – Enjoy a delicious dinner (Veg/Non-Veg options).
11:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Gather around the bonfire, share stories, and experience live music (on weekends).
12:00 AM – 01:00 AM Open-air movie screening under the stars (weekend special).
Day 2
07:00 AM – 08:00 AM – Wake up to the serene sunrise over Panshet Lake.
10:00 AM – Check-out with wonderful camping memories.

Zero cancellation policy
24 hours before the event’s start date, cancellation requests will receive a full refund.
Requests for cancellation submitted within 0 to 24 hours of the event’s commencement date: single or more vouchers that can be used toward future reservations and are worth the full value.
After the event’s start date, cancellation requests won’t be taken into consideration.
Let’s use an example where your reservation is for January 31. By submitting a cancellation request by January 29 at 23:59, you will receive a full refund in the form of money used to make the reservation. Between January 30 at 0:00 and January 30 at 23:59, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund in the form of vouchers.
