After the event’s start date, cancellation requests won’t be taken into consideration.
Let’s use an example where your reservation is for January 31. By submitting a cancellation request by January 29 at 23:59, you will receive a full refund in the form of money used to make the reservation. Between January 30 at 0:00 and January 30 at 23:59, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund in the form of vouchers.
